Website Terms of Usage Agreement

Welcome to the Couloir website. Before using the Couloir website please read carefully the following terms of conditions before browsing the website. By using this website, you signify your agreement to these terms as outlined in this document. No part of the Couloir Website, including, but not limited to text, graphics, images, or other materials, may be copied, repurposed, uploaded, or distributed. Copy of the website materials are for your individual computer and for your non-commercial use only. Modification of any of the elements that make up the Couloir Website would be in breach of this agreement.

Return Policy for Consumers

Couloir garments that are purchased from an Official Dealer are subject to the return policy of the store from which it was purchased.

Return Policy for Official Couloir Dealers

For prompt service, Return Authorization requests must be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Representatives. For Canadian and US accounts contact 1 888 SKI 8398.

Returns must display a Return Authorization number or they will be refused. The number must be placed on the top of the carton near the label and on the side of the box. It is best to place cardboard inside both the top and bottom of the box to prevent knife cuts when opened.

In order to process any returns, we must have the following information:

  • Shop name and address, customer#, and telephone number
  • Style number and insulation weight
  • Color name, color number & size
  • Complete description of the reason for the return

It is the responsibility of the dealer to inspect any merchandise for defects within ten days upon receipt of a shipment.

All defects as a result of manufacturer's workmanship or defective materials will be warranted by repair, replacement or credit at the discretion of Couloir. Repairs due to normal wear, improper care or accidents will be performed for a reasonable charge. If a dealer issues a replacement to a consumer without the authorization of Couloir it will be at the stores expense.

Special orders are non-returnable. Garments used in window displays are non-returnable.

Couloir reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge for any unauthorized returns or refused shipments, or for re-bagging and removing retailer's tags on garments to be restocked.

Return Authorizations are given to Official Couloir Dealers only.

Garments returned for repair must be cleaned prior to shipping to Couloir.

Please include a hand written note along with the garment indicating the location of the defect, or mark the problem area with tape.

If you receive an incorrect shipment please call immediately. We will need to have your customer number, order number, and packing list number in order to research the problem and make adjustments.
